Be aware that vitamin “C” is a very unstable ingredient and oxidizes easily.
L-Ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbitol phosphate are both effective vitamin Cs found in several formulas on the market.
A question often asked by informed consumers? : “How much % of vitamin C do you have in your formulas?”
It is not really the % of vitamin C that is important but rather the transport of this vitamin C to the stem cells. It's the quality that counts, the delivery method and also the fact that it is stainless.
For example, a vitamin C in a product on the market with 20% concentration that is non-microencapsulated and oxidizable is more damaging to the skin than having 1% vitamin C microencapsulated by a sugar molecule that is protected and delivered to 100% in the dermis.
I invite you to check out our vitamin C serum “HydraCérum” which is fantastic and one of our customers’ favorite products.
